Our Commitment to Fair Refund Practices

At zenoraviex, we believe financial education should come with clear expectations. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are processed for our learning programs. We've structured this to be straightforward because nobody should have to decode legal jargon just to understand their options.

Refund Eligibility Windows

Your eligibility for a refund depends primarily on when you request it relative to your program start date. We've set these windows based on actual engagement with course materials and live sessions.

Full Refund Period

You can receive a complete refund if you withdraw within 14 days of purchasing access to any zenoraviex program, provided you haven't completed more than two learning modules or attended any live mentoring sessions. This window exists because we know sometimes a program just isn't the right fit, and that becomes clear pretty quickly.

Partial Refund Period

Between 15 and 30 days after purchase, we offer prorated refunds calculated on actual content accessed. If you've completed less than 25% of your program materials, you're eligible for a 50% refund. This acknowledges that you've invested some time while recognizing the program didn't meet your needs.

No Refund Period

After 30 days from purchase, or once you've accessed more than 25% of program content, refunds aren't available. By this point, you've had substantial access to materials, resources, and potentially mentor time that represents real value delivered.

Step-by-Step Refund Process

Submit Your Request

Email support@zenoraviex.com with your enrolled program name, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund. Include your registered email address to help us locate your account quickly.

Review and Verification

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days, checking enrollment dates, content access, and eligibility criteria. We'll contact you if we need additional information or clarification.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email with our decision within 5 business days of your initial request. If approved, this email includes the refund amount and expected processing timeline.

Processing and Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Funds return through your original payment method, though your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to show the credit.

Special Circumstances and Exceptions

Life happens, and sometimes situations arise that our standard policy doesn't quite cover. Here's how we handle those cases.

Medical or Family Emergencies

If you need to withdraw due to serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life disruptions, contact us directly. We evaluate these situations individually and often extend refund eligibility beyond standard windows. You'll need to provide some documentation, but we're not looking for elaborate proof, just reasonable verification.

Technical Access Problems

When platform issues prevent you from accessing purchased content, this doesn't count against your refund eligibility window. If you've experienced persistent technical problems that we couldn't resolve, tell us. We track these issues and adjust eligibility accordingly because it's not fair to penalize you for problems on our end.

Program Cancellations or Major Changes

If zenoraviex cancels a program you've enrolled in, or makes substantial changes to program content or structure after your purchase, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of time elapsed. This includes significant reductions in live session availability or removal of advertised program components.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidentally bought the same program twice? Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately, no questions asked.

Unauthorized Charges

If someone made an unauthorized purchase using your payment details, report it within 60 days. We'll investigate and process a full refund if verified.

Program Upgrades

Upgraded to a more comprehensive program? The amount you paid for the original program credits toward the new one, and you only pay the difference.

What's Not Eligible for Refunds

Being transparent means also explaining what we can't refund, and why those limitations exist.

  • One-time masterclass sessions or single workshops under $100, which you've attended or viewed the recording of
  • Downloaded resources, workbooks, or templates that you've accessed from within your program materials
  • Programs purchased at promotional or discounted rates more than 7 days ago, unless covered by special circumstances
  • Subscription renewals if you didn't cancel before the renewal date, though we'll cancel immediately for future billing cycles
  • Third-party certification exam fees paid through zenoraviex, as these go directly to certifying bodies

The logic here is straightforward. Once you've consumed content, attended live sessions, or downloaded permanent resources, we can't really take back what you've received. It's like returning a book you've already read cover to cover.

Important Notes About Payment Processing

Refunds always return through your original payment method. We can't send refunds to different cards or accounts for security reasons.

If you paid through a third-party platform like PayPal, the refund goes there first, then transfers according to that platform's timing.

International payments may incur currency conversion fees from your bank on both the original purchase and refund. These bank fees are outside our control and unfortunately can't be reimbursed.

Subscription and Installment Plans

If you're on a payment plan or subscription model, refund calculations work a bit differently than one-time purchases.

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate partial months, so if you cancel on the 15th and your renewal is the 20th, you keep access for those remaining 5 days. Future charges stop immediately upon cancellation.

Installment Plans

For programs paid in installments, refund eligibility depends on both how many payments you've made and how much content you've accessed. If you're within the 14-day window and have only made one payment, you receive a full refund. After multiple payments, we calculate based on a prorated amount relative to remaining payments and content accessed.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans receive prorated refunds if canceled within the first 60 days, minus any content accessed beyond the initial trial modules. After 60 days, annual subscriptions aren't refundable, though you retain full access through the subscription end date if you cancel.

Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to program materials ends immediately. This includes course videos, downloadable resources, community forums, and any future live sessions.

If you decide to re-enroll later, you'll need to purchase at the current program price, which may differ from what you originally paid.

Disputes and Appeals

If your refund request is denied and you believe there are circumstances we didn't fully consider, you can appeal the decision.

Send your appeal to support@zenoraviex.com within 14 days of receiving the denial notification. Include any additional context, documentation, or information that supports your case. A senior team member who wasn't involved in the original decision will review your appeal.

You'll receive a response to your appeal within 7 business days. This decision is final, though if you believe we've made a factual error in reviewing your situation, you can request one additional review by our program director.

We've found that most disputes arise from misunderstandings about access dates or what counts as "accessed content." Screenshots or specific details about your experience help us resolve these situations quickly.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We prefer you contact us directly rather than filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks lock both of us into a formal dispute process that takes longer and creates more hassle for everyone.

If you file a chargeback, we're required to provide evidence to your bank, and during this process, your access to all zenoraviex programs is suspended. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, we can't restore access without a new purchase.

Most situations that lead people to consider chargebacks can actually be resolved more quickly through our normal refund process. Give us a chance to make it right before involving your bank.
